Junior Recruiter

To join our team, we are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual who is open to managing a volume of networking and demonstrates a readiness for hard work. We don't require a lot of experience. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to learn and adapt their approach to our vision and work style. Responsibilities: Organize and manage recruitment process, Search for the best profiles in job boards, Invite candidates for the meetings, organize calls and help with other "logistics" of candidates, teams and clients, Interview the candidates, provide the feedback and necessary information, Produce reports, presentations, and graphs to showcase the improvements that have been implemented and the results of the research conducted. Requirements: Strong communication skills; Well organized and structured candidates; Experience in recruitment agencies will be an advantage; English at least on B2 level.
