PDM SolidWorks Specialist

We're searching for a new team member in IT company Limassoft LTD, based on Cyprus, a leader in the digitalizing mining equipment sector PDM SolidWorks Specialist Key Responsibilities: Act as a primary support for our SolidWorks PDM environment, addressing user queries, and resolving system issues prompty Maintain and enhance custom add-ons and modules integrated with the SolidWorks PDM system Collaborate with internal teams to understand system requirements and implement solutions that improve design and develop workflows Ensure the integrity and security of the PDM database, including regular backups and system updates Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, customizations, and procedures Train users on new features and best practices for utilizing the PDM system effectively Stay up-to-date with the latest SolidWorks PDM features and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements. Ideal candidate profile: In-depth knowledge of Dassault SolidWorks PDM administration and configuration Experience in customizing and maintaining SolidWorks PDM systems, including writing and debugging custom scripts and add-ons Strong problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users A proactive approach to system maintanence and improvement, with a focus on user satisfaction and efficiency Familiarity with the mining equipment design and manufacturing process is a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience What we offer: A challenging and rewarding role in a leading company within the mining equipment industry Opportunities for professional growth and development as an expert in SolidWorks PDM and related technologies A collaborative and innovative work enviponment Competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience Flexible working arrangements, including remote work options
