company focuses on managing VMware servers.
 
Responsibilities
We are looking for young support specialists to work in
the customer support team remotely and in the office,
assisting customers with their issues with the software products
over email or telephone.
 
Skills and requirements
o       
Strong spoken and written English and communication
skills
o       
Ready to work in shifts
o       
Strong listening, relationship building and customer
servicing skills
o       
Technical support or customer service experience is
preferred
o       
Desire to learn and succeed in a fast paced
environment
o       
Windows administration and/or virtualization environment
experience is a plus
