Multiversoft is seeking an ambitious Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead two flagship projects and grow into a CEO role. You’ll drive innovation, oversee workflows, and manage development teams to elevate our platforms in the gaming industry. This role, in collaboration with Indigo VC, a San Francisco-based venture fund, offers a chance to work with industry leaders, shape cutting-edge projects, and explore relocation opportunities to Brazil, Georgia, the US, and more. Leadership Skills: Ability to break down tasks and delegate effectively. Data Analytics Knowledge Ambition: A strong desire to grow and take on leadership roles. Startup Experience: A plus if you’ve worked in a startup or built a business. What You’ll Work On: You’ll be responsible for developing two platforms: a SaaS solution and an agency website. Here’s how your first two months will look: Onboarding – Dive into our systems and workflows. Delegation – Collaborate with the CEO to manage the development team. Achieve Results – Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for the first quarter. Learn the Business – Understand and contribute to various business processes. In the long term, you’ll take on operational management across all departments of the project.
