Teacher Operations Project Manager (EdTeh)

Novakid.ru is an English language school for children 4-12 years old, which allows children to remotely learn a foreign language according to a teaching program that meets European CEFR standards on an equal footing with their English-speaking peers. Novakid teachers are native speakers from the US, UK and other countries. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Teacher Operations team. REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of experience in educational sphere Excellent English, oral and written (at least C1) Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent collaboration and communication skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams Analytical skills Advanced skills in team management (planning, organisation, motivation, coordination, control) Creative approach to problem solving Higher education TASKS Project tasks management: annual / quarterly / monthly project plans execution and deadlines monitoring Regular planning and reporting Product metrics analysis, participation in product development, elaboration of technical specifications for automation / task optimization.
