Area Manager

 Key responsibilities: Implementation of sales strategies and projects for sales and market share development in area Development and improvement of  sales effectivness (working with distributors and end-users) Active end-users care by intensive market development Development  and maintaining effective  area distribution network Follow-up  opportunities for current and new products Taking part in exhibitions  (in cooperation with distributors) Execution of specific tasks (planning and organizing of end users seminars, planning and execution of trainings in cooperation with Moscow  office, promotion campaigns) Providing support by visiting key accounts together with distributors Report and forecasting analysis Yearly  area  budget preparation as well as medium term planning                     Requirements: Education in life sciences (preferably  Biology or Chemistry degree) or laboratory education - is a must! Experience in sales and/or marketing, in the chemistry, life science, biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, Well knowledge of Binder’s equipment will be a plus Fluent English is a must, intermediate or fluent German will be a plus Driving license Proactive and self-organised Excellent communication skills Excellent Sales&Negotiation skills Good PC skills   Company offers: Competitive compensation package: fixed salary + annual bonus Social package Car allowance   Trainings in Germany Opportunities for further professional growth
