Debt collection specialist of legal entities

Together, we grow, develop expertise in our field, create a community of professionals, and invite a debt collection specialist to join our team.It is important for our specialists to help clients resolve difficult financial situations and develop a competent debt repayment strategy to maintain good credit history.What you will need to do:- Negotiate with legal entities (managers or decision makers) to negotiate payment of debts and clarify reasons for delay- Explain to clients rules for calculating penalties, rules for buying debt, and terms for debt restructuring- Advise clients on terms of debt settlement and monitor implementation- Help clients find solutions to early debt settlementWho are we looking for?- You have knowledge of English at C1 level or higher;- You have a secondary vocational education or higher;- You are a confident PC user;- You can work with a large volume of documents;- It would be an advantage if you had experience working in banks with legal entities (debt collection / RKO);We offer: - Distant work mode;- Stability and security: official employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation with a white salary;- A transparent and effective KPI + salary system;- Assistance and mentoring during the adaptation period;- Work schedule 5/2 from 3:00 pm to 12:00 am.
