Are you a seasoned Email Marketing Manager with over 3 years of experience? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Crafting and executing effective email marketing campaigns. Using Intercom's outbound features for customer communication. Creating transactional, trigger, and branded custom emails. Demonstrated experience and interest in experimenting with upsell and retention communications. Ability to manage Messenger send outs effectively. Constant monitoring of functionality, СJM, funnel and other relevant metrics. Generating monthly and quarterly reports on effectiveness, including revenue. Analyzing, comparing, concluding, and hypothesizing based on data insights. Requirements: At least 3 years of proven experience as an Email Marketing Manager. Excellent writing and copywriting skills. Fluent written English (C1 preferably). Proficiency in Intercom for customer communication. Understanding of HTML, CSS, UX. We offer: Flexible remote work mode or office comfortable work space.
