We’re seeking a motivated and charismatic Franchise Sales Representative to join our growing team. Responsibilities: Lead Management: Engage with warm leads who have expressed interest in purchasing a Shot of Art franchise. Sales Outreach: Make outbound calls, send follow-up emails, and manage inquiries via CRM tools. Present Opportunities: Confidently explain the value and benefits of Shot of Art franchises, addressing questions and concerns. Build Relationships: Cultivate trust and rapport with potential franchisees to guide them through the decision-making process. Close Deals: Drive franchise sales by following up consistently and negotiating terms effectively. Collaborate with Team: Work with the leadership team to refine the sales strategy and achieve business goals. Qualifications: Language Proficiency: Must have excellent spoken and written English skills. Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in franchise sales or a similar consultative sales role. People Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a professional demeanor. Self-Starter: Highly motivated, organized, and capable of working independently. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, video conferencing tools, and Google Suite. Time Zone Availability: Must be able to work during CST hours.
