Our partner the large developer is looking for a Client Support Specialist to join their team. Overview The Client Support Specialist position is a key role within our company, focusing ondelivering outstanding support to our clients and ensuring a seamless experience. This role involves extensive coordination with various internal teams, including Product Development, Technical Support, and more. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in a client support or customer service role. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential Key Responsibilities Client Assistance: Provide prompt and effective support to clients via chats, email and other communication channels, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved swiftly and satisfactorily. We provide only written communication support. Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with Product, TechnicalSupport, and other departments to address client needs and ensure smoothinformation flow. Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions,issues, and resolutions in the company's systems. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company’s products and services toprovide accurate information and support to clients. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot client issues, provide guidance, and escalate cases when necessary to ensure timely resolution. Policy and Procedure Adherence: Follow company policies and procedures when handling client requests and escalate any discrepancies or concerns. Client Education: Assist in educating clients on product features, updates, and best practices to enhance their user experience. Experience: Previous experience in a client support, customer service, or relatedrole within a corporate setting is preferred for at least 6 months. Skills: English language at least level B2. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM systems and support software. High level of discretion and integrity when dealing with client information. Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.
