International Sales Manager/Affiliate Manager - E-commerce Marketing Services

Remoby is an in-app DSP specializing in e-commerce, generating over $3M in sales per month for clients such as Shopee, Lazada, Walmart, Tokopedia in the global market. Additionally, Remoby collaborates with brands and sellers on Amazon in the US, aiding them in driving direct sales through in-app ads targeted at mobile app users. We are currently looking for an experienced International Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and help expand our footprint in the global marketplace. Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve international sales targets. Identify and target potential clients in the global e-commerce industry, establishing contact and developing relationships. Understand the unique needs of international e-commerces and customize Remoby's proposals accordingly. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction. Coordinate with the tech team to ensure alignment with client needs and expectations. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and sales trends in international markets to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement. Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network with potential clients and stay updated on market trends. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in international sales within the mobile marketing industry. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, focusing on international sales and the e-commerce sector. Knowledge of the global e-commerce market and experience working with e-commerce-focused affiliate networks. Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including DSP, in-app ads, CPS, CPM, and revenue share models, tailored for e-commerce businesses. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluency in English and Russian, both written and verbal. Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.
