Duties Coordinate selected business process ensuring it goes smoothly, all parties contribute in time according to requirements and rules Gather various process metrics, identify flaws, provide factor analysis Generate reports Support other administration routines Come up with improvement proposals Requirements Relevant experience in similar positions (Business Manager, Business Process Analyst, Project Coordinator) Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets, MS Excel Experience with either Project management tools (project tracking, task tracking, time tracking) Internal automation systems (ERP, BPM, BI tools, etc.) Experience with either General KPI metrics analysis Financial (budget) management Delivery performance analysis Analytical, process oriented mindset Personal discipline Communication ethics
