User Support (Helpdesk)

Large multinational production located in St. Petersburg seeks a User Support Specialist Requirements: - High IT Education - Previous experience in similar position not less than 2 years - Good to fluent English - Client-oriented mind is a MUST - Energetic, enthusiastic, reliable, hard working - Able to meet deadlines, able to work under pressure with complex tasks Responsibilities - Organize training for functional users in personal computers and MS-Office systems technologies - Assemble, test and distribute hardware and software - Keep hardware and software inventories as required - Assist with the implementation of product upgrades, LAN based and PABX software as required. - Provide PC network technical and user support - Implement security and change control procedures
